ארז נופארבר, יליד 1972, אב לשלושה בנים, בעברו קולנוען ויהלומן ומטפל מוסמך בשיטת "עוצמת הרכות". בשנים האחרונות התמסר לנפלאות הטבע והארץ, והחל לעבוד כמדריך טיולים. מתמחה באזור הכינרת ויזם "מסעות לב כנרת" – הקפת הכינרת בהליכה להגברת מודעות עצמית חברתית וסביבתית.
